FormFit presents a digital exercise demonstration library and supplementary resources for training professionals. These terms cover this website and, when sales are enabled, purchases of the product described in the offer.
2. Offers, payments and delivery
Check the price, currency, contents and conditions before purchasing. Payment links are currently inactive and this website does not process purchases. Before checkout is enabled, the seller must identify the payment provider, delivery times and support contact. Do not send card details through messages.
3. Licence and intellectual property
The advertised commercial use permits using the materials with your own clients. It does not permit resale, publication of the complete library, sublicensing, bulk redistribution or sharing credentials. Authors’ and rights holders’ rights remain protected. The licence depends on the seller holding the necessary rights to the delivered materials.
4. Access and availability
Lifetime access, when purchased, refers to the acquired package without recurring charges as described in the offer. Downloaded files can be viewed offline; platform access and new downloads require internet. Maintenance or technical failures may temporarily interrupt access. Material changes must be communicated while preserving consumer rights.
5. Guarantee and refunds
The offer provides a 7-day refund guarantee from purchase. Requests should be sent to the seller or the channel identified at checkout. That channel and processing times must be available before sales begin. This commercial guarantee does not restrict statutory cancellation, refund or other mandatory consumer rights.
6. Education and safety
The materials are educational and do not replace individual assessment, exercise prescription, medical advice or professional supervision. Trainers must assess the suitability of each exercise for their client. No specific physical, financial or professional outcomes are guaranteed.
7. Proper use and liability
Do not use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, rights infringement or unauthorised access. Account measures must be proportionate and respect applicable rights. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts mandatory consumer rights.
8. Privacy, changes and contact
